Extremely helpful staff plus the breakfast was superb. The room was well-equipped and beautifully decorated and the views of the garden were splendid.

We liked this lovely little hotel with valley views. The attached restaurant and snack bar were also available. Overall the service was very good.

Central location was a plus. The place was a short walk from Goathland city centre.

The staff were overworked, didn't expect that coming.

Stunning and marvellous location, we were next door to centre of the city.

The location of this hotel is absolutely breathtaking, nestled in the middle of nowhere within the Yorkshire Moors. Guests can enjoy the stunning view of the Mallyan Spout on the river while dining in the beautiful restaurant with 

All in all everything was perfect, had an excellent stay for the whole weekend. The room was attractive and spotless with an iron, good view and good facilities, we felt like at home.

The staff - some of them were not particularly welcoming.

The staff were extremely helpful and very amiable, provided us with very good services. Our room was airy and brand-new with good beds & nice bathrooms, complimentary tea plus fridge, just what we needed.

This hotel is a fabulous find in the heart of the Yorkshire Moors. Its location in a beautiful area surrounded by rolling hills is absolutely idyllic. The rooms are well-equipped and very clean, with nice bathrooms and fantastic views. The staff provide excellent service 

Bright and elegant unit with a modern decor. Comfortable beds, perfect after a long day in Goathland.

Setting was incredible, I did not want to leave there.

The weather was wonderful, had good stay with character and friendliness. I really enjoyed exceptional room with glorious views, amazing view plus an iron, and efficient staff. I ate at a lovely restaurant: )
